by VML Fitness, Inc. Personal Fitness Training include:
• Initial and continuing assessments to help you meet your
fitness goals
•
Personalized training for endurance, stability, balance, strength,
flexibility, back strength training, core training
• Post rehab training, post
OT/PT training
• Wellness training in nutrition
• Assessments can include estimated body fat percentage,
body mass index (BMI), waist:hip ratio, height, weight, blood
pressure, flexibility, and strength.
Every class is a new workout! Training for all areas of fitness
including: strength, endurance, balance, stability, flexibility,
core strength (focusing on back and abdominal training)

Equipment used:
free weights, elastic bands, rubber tubing, stability balls, Bosu
trainer, foam rollers, medicine balls, padded bars, small balls,
and balance pads
Classes meet on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Class fees
are paid quarterly whether you are able to attend all classes
or not.
Make-up classes are available in other classes if space is available.
Incorporating the best of classic fitness training with the latest
in the fitness world – Pilates, yoga, Bosu, step, discs,
stability ball, and step.
